Do you have high heating bills? Does your house feel cold and drafty? Did you know that fixing these problems could make you eligible for a GRANT* from the Government? What we do: · Perform an inspection of the envelope of your house to identify the levels of insulation present. · Inspect your space and water heating equipment. · Perform an air leakage test to quantify how “drafty” your house is. · Enter the data for your house in a computer program that calculates the energy use for your house and gives your house an energy efficiency rating between 0 and 100. · Make recommendations on how to improve the energy efficiency of your house and give you the potential energy savings of the recommendations. When you have completed the upgrades that you chose to do, we will return to your house to calculate your new energy efficiency rating and complete the grant application forms.
