What we do:

· Perform an in-depth inspection of the interior and exterior of your house approximately 3 hours in length

· Perform a blower door test to quantify your house’s ventilation requirements

· Develop a list of the factors that have an impact on your indoor air quality

· Use the protocol developed by the CMHC to develop an easy to follow action plan for you to follow to improve your indoor air quality

The CMHC Indoor Air Quality Investigation protocol has been developed to provide homeowners with solutions to address the root causes of their indoor air quality problems. Expensive lab tests are seldom necessary. In general, the use of air “purifiers” and filters is discouraged in lieu of identifying and correcting the root causes of your air quality issues. We will provide you a report that clearly prioritizes the actions you should take to make improvements to your indoor air quality.
